Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original state.

Generate Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
